TendersMine is an independent technological intelligence and aggregation platform. TendersMine is not a government agency, tender issuing body, or procurement authority. We do not accept or process legally binding tender bids.
2. Independent Verification Required
Tender specifications, corrigenda, deadlines, and EMD bank guarantee formats must always be downloaded and verified directly on the issuing authority's designated e-procurement portal before submitting bids.
3. No Bid Guarantee
TendersMine assists with discovery, qualification estimation, and deadline tracking. We make no warranty or guarantee regarding bidding awards or selection outcomes.
4. Corporate Entity & Jurisdiction
These terms and platform usage shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with TendersMine.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
